The month of May is a golden period for traveling in Xi'an and hotel prices are normally much higher by then. Please book your hotel as soon as possible. Later booking may be very difficult and subject to higher cost
Special prices are provided for ICIEA09 delegates. To enjoy these special prices, please declare that you are the guest of Northwestern Polytechnical University and ICIEA 2009 delegate. The deadline for booking with ICIEA 2009 special prices is April 20, 2009. Please make sure that you send the two completed Reservation Form for NWPU and the respective Reservation Form for Hotel to the respective person listed in the two forms latest by April 20, 2009. No reservation deposit is needed. ICIEA 2009 will send an email to request for final confirmation of the booking about two weeks before the conference.
