In order to participate in the conference of ICIEA 2019, at least one author must register and pay at https://favewebservice.com/ICIEA2019 by April 15, 2019.  An acceptance email with the registration system's login detail has been sent to each author.  Author can follow the instruction to login and register on the system.  Each Full registration may register up to two papers. Each additional paper incurs a fee of SGD450 per paper.  The page limit is 6 pages.  Each additional page incurs a fee of SGD100 per page.


Non-author can also attend the conference by register and pay on the same system, https://favewebservice.com/ICIEA2019.  Non-author can register the login id at the system.


Author registration payment must be made by April 15, 2019; otherwise your paper will not be included in the proceedings.

Early Bird Registration & IEEE Member

Payment make by March 22, 2019 will benefit from the Early Bird Registration rate.


IEEE members will receive a discount on the ICIEA 2019 registration fee. Members are required to indicate their IEEE membership number on the registration form and to bring along their current IEEE membership card for verification at the conference.

Student Rate

Participants are eligible for student rate if he/she is a full-time undergraduate or postgraduate student. Students must email the scanned copy to iciea2019@wpc-sg.com and to bring along their card to the conference for verification. Only one paper per-registration is allowed under this rate.

Items Included in the Registration Fee

Conference registration fee includes a copy of the conference proceedings (USB drive); admission to all technical sessions, six tea/coffee breaks, three lunches and conference banquet. Student Registration will not be entitled to the conference banquet.

Cancellation Policy

Request for Cancellation will be subjected to the following condition:


• Request on or before 22 March 2019- 25% of paid amount will be charged

• No refund after 22 March 2019 will be allowed.

• Payment for refund will be settled ONLY after the conference.

Online Registration

Authors are encouraged to register and pay online by credit card (Master or Visa card are accepted by the system).  For those who have problem to pay by credit card, bank transfer can be used.

Bank Transfer Payment

Please download and fill in the "Registration Form for Bank Transfer". Then follow the instruction to transfer your registration fee via the bank. Please remember to indicate your paper number on your bank transfer form's remark column. Otherwise, we could not tell who pay the money.  After that, please send a copy of these 2 forms to iciea2019@wpc-sg.com.
