Presentation Guideline

1. The "Best Paper Award Selection" session will be conducted in real-time oral presentation via Zoom. All other papes will be in pre-recording mode.

2. For "Best Paper Award Selection" session, the time allocated to each oral presentation is 20 minutes (inclusive of Questions and Answers).

3. For pre-recording mode, authors are requied to prepare a presentation video for each paper. The video length should not be more than 20 minutes.

Please follow the instruction here to prepare your video. The template of this PPT file should be used as the first slide of your presentation.

Important Note: The video file name must be your 4 digits file number.
