Oral Presentation Guidelines
Authors assigned to oral presentation sessions should prepare a presentation slide deck (PowerPoint or PDF format).
Presentation Duration
- Each oral presentation is allocated 15 minutes in total
- Recommended speaking time: 12 minutes presentation + 3 minutes Q&A
Slide Preparation
- Recommended slide ratio: 16:9 widescreen
- Use clear fonts and sufficiently large text for readability
- Please ensure that the following appears on your first slide:
- A mention of IEEE ICIEA 2026
- Paper Number: ICIEA26-000xxx
- Paper Title
- List of Authors
- Name of Presenter
- University/Company, Region/Country
Slide Submission & Technical Setup
- Presentation files may be uploaded to the computer in your assigned presentation room 30 minutes before the start of the first session of the day, or during the scheduled tea/coffee breaks.
- A room assistant will be available to assist with file upload and technical setup.
- Authors are strongly encouraged to use the presentation computer provided in the room to minimize delays between presentations.
- Presenters who wish to use their own laptop may do so, subject to compatibility with the room’s AV system and available connection ports. Please arrive early to test your setup with the room assistant. The conference cannot guarantee compatibility for all devices or adapters, so presenters using their own laptops should bring any necessary adapters and accessories.
