The rapid progress of industrial electronics and artificial intelligence is enabling a new generation of wearable systems that integrate real-time sensing, intelligent control, and adaptive biofeedback. Human–machine interaction plays a central role in bridging users with complex electronic systems, while image recognition, pattern recognition, and state estimation techniques provide the foundation for robust perception and decision-making. This Special Session aims to bring together researchers and practitioners to discuss recent advances in intelligent wearable electronics, focusing on theoretical innovations, system design, and application-driven solutions. Topics will cover human–machine interaction frameworks, sensor fusion for accurate state estimation, and recognition algorithms that support adaptive feedback in dynamic environments. Application domains include industrial automation, healthcare monitoring, rehabilitation, and sports performance optimization. By emphasizing interdisciplinary approaches, this session seeks to foster dialogue between industrial electronics, machine learning, and biomedical engineering communities, thereby promoting the development of scalable, efficient, and user-centered wearable technologies for real-world deployment.
Topics of interest for submission include, but are not limited to:
