Conference Registration

To participate in ICIEA 2026, at least one author of each accepted paper must complete registration and payment by 30 June 2026 (GMT+8). Author login details will be sent via email upon paper acceptance.

Papers without a completed author registration by the deadline will not be included in the conference proceedings.

Early Bird Registration & IEEE Member

Early Bird deadline: 15 June 2026 (GMT+8)
IEEE members are eligible for discounted rates.
Please indicate your IEEE membership number during registration and present a valid membership card onsite for verification.

Student Rate

The student rate is available to full-time undergraduate and postgraduate students.

A copy of a valid student ID must be submitted to secretariat@ieeeiciea.org
Students must present their ID onsite for verification
Each student registration covers one (1) paper only

The conference registration fee includes:

Access to all technical sessions (3–5 August)
Tea/coffee breaks and lunches
Welcome reception (2 August)
Conference banquet (5 August)

Note: Student registration does not include the conference banquet.

The workshop will proceed only if a minimum of 10 participants is met.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests are subject to the following conditions:

On or before 15 June 2026 (GMT+8): 25% of the paid amount will be charged.
After 15 June 2026 (GMT+8): No refunds will be granted, including no-shows.
All requests must be submitted in writing to joy@jjayes.com
Approved refunds will be processed after the conference
Author registrations are non-refundable once the paper is included in the programme

Terms and Conditions

Programme Changes

The Organiser reserves the right to make changes to the programme, speakers, venue, or schedule without prior notice.

Code of Conduct

All participants are expected to behave professionally. Harassment or disruptive behaviour may result in removal without refund, in accordance with IEEE policies.

Photography & Recording

By attending, participants consent to photography and recording for conference and promotional use.

Liability Disclaimer

The Organiser is not responsible for personal injury or loss/damage to personal belongings during the event.

Force Majeure

The Organiser shall not be held responsible for delays, interruptions, or cancellations caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, public health emergencies, strikes, or government restrictions.
