Presentation Guides
If you are not able to travel for Conference due to visa application or COVID-19 issues. We will specially allow you to prepare your pre-recorded presentation or poster and send you recorded video or poster to us by 30 November 2022. For video prepartion, please read the detail here. To assist you in your presentation, please refer to the Presentation Guidelines for Oral Presentations or "Presentation Guidelines for Poster Presentations. Authors presenting in the Poster Session should also refer to the Poster Guidelines when preparing their poster."
All authors are reminded that only papers that are presented at ICIEA 2022 in Chengdu, China will be sent for inclusion in IEEE Xplore and indexing in Ei. In the event that the paper cannot be presented, you must write to the Technical Program Chair to excuse yourself from presenting which will be approved on a case by case basis.
