Thank you for your participation in the 21st IEEE Conference on Industrial Electronics and Applications (ICIEA 2026).
Please read the following presentation guidelines carefully to ensure a smooth presentation experience at the conference.
Important Policy
Only accepted papers that are successfully presented during the conference will be submitted for inclusion in the IEEE Xplore digital library.
Authors are responsible for checking their presentation schedule and ensuring timely attendance.
Online presentation arrangements will be made available for registered authors who are unable to obtain a visa to attend the conference in person. More details on the process and requirements will be shared soon.
Presenter Checklist
Before attending ICIEA 2026, please ensure you have completed the following:
- Conference registration completed
- Final manuscript uploaded
- IEEE electronic copyright form (eCF) completed
- Presentation slides or poster prepared
- Session schedule checked
