Due to
extension of submission deadline, the notification of acceptance is
postponed to 15 July 2020.
Due to uncertainties caused by COVID-19, IEEE IES has decided IECON 2020 to be conducted virtually. More details will be announced later on the website.
It has also been decided that IECON 2023 will be held in Marina Bay Sands Expo and Convention Centre Singapore during 16-20 October 2023 .

In response to the requests from some authors who have expressed difficulties to meet the current deadline, we are pleased to announce a further extension of paper submission deadline to June 9, 2020.
